UIPR-100 CTRB Puller Cum Installer is a jack-type (horizontal) double-acting electric hydraulic puller cum installer with a pulling (dismounting) force of 100 tons and an installation (mounting) force of 70 tons. It includes an indigenous hydraulic power pack with a capacity of 500 bars and a hand-operated three-position, four-way directional flow valve. This mobile hydraulic press can be utilized as well to mount and detach a variety of bearings and other torque-transmitting components. The equipment's power pack uses a three-phase, 440-volt, 50-cycle electric power source. It comprises of a twin hydraulic cylinder for installing and dismounting bearings.
